Sales of a dedicated menu item will benefit the UK Children’s Hospital, which supports children and their families across Kentucky

The Kentucky Strong truck will be available for use at charitable events, with profits going to that charity.

In the future, we look forward to bringing on rotating guest pitmasters, who can use the truck to promote their skills and raise money for their local causes and communities.
