The Kentucky Strong Story
In 2015, J.P. Miller wanted to develop a strategic alliance with farmers in his native Kentucky. Beyond just giving back to the hardworking men and women who produce our food, he wanted to create a partnership that would benefit Kentuckians across the state. His idea: a food truck that served Kentucky products and helped Kentucky causes.
Kentucky Raised, Kentucky Braised
The focus of Kentucky Strong Barbecue truck is food grown, raised, processed and packaged right here in Kentucky. Why? Because when it comes to supporting Kentucky farmers and agriculture, we like to put our money where our mouths are. Since we also like putting good food where our mouths are, we only use the best ingredients—and, naturally, that means Kentucky products.
